Capital Punishment: Just or Unjust?

The murder trial in Connecticut that was on the national news last week " the murder of two girls and murder and of their mother" has convinced me capital punishment is just. If that had been your sisters and mother I bet you wouldn't think capital punishment is wrong. Have you ever heard the saying "there is nothing sweeter than than revenge".
