Why aren't Answers users honest/why do they act like they're perfect? Who can admit their flaws?

NO ONE is perfect. However you need to get control of yourself, you see you flaws but act like they are not a problem. Sorry to say that it sounds like they are don't expect from other people what you don't have to offer in return.
