NFL: What non-publicized signing do you think will help a team the most?

Jonathan Joseph to the Houston Texans was a very smart move for them. They help their weakest spot on the team and have the future at the position ready since JJ is only 26 and they drafted the promising Brandon Harris as well. They did not break the bank and will have money to spend if they want anything else. They also signed Daniel Manninm from Chicago and he might help the FS spot.
