My chest hurts a little and i feel dizzy?

i felt this way yesterday and the day before i think it was cause i was dehydrated from alot of salt and i had no water it comes and goes,and if you need to know age im 12 my mom is bringing me to the doctor tomorrow and my dad and friend were sick with bronchitis
