Does this sound healthy?

You have a pretty good list going there! One thing though...save stretching until AFTER you're done working out. There is an increased risk on injury when you stretch before your muscles, ligaments, and tendons aren't warmed up yet. Stretch after the workout to reap its benefits. This will decrease the likeliness of muscle tightness and cramping postworkout! Oh also, eating before bed isn't entirely bad either. When you sleep your body is basically fasting, so eating something with a slow digesting protein or carb would be ideal. I could really go on forever about this so I will just give you one food idea and you could google the rest :) cottage cheese before bed contains proteins that are very slow digesting so you will have a steady amount of muscle fuel throughout the whole night...that's my only pro-eating tip for now...good luck!
