How to not seem desperate, creepy, or obsessive to this guy??????

Hey Kid, You are way to nervous and over thinking this whole thing. With this kind of mindset you are destined to fail. You have to find a way to put this into perspective. The dance is not that big of a deal, he is not that big of a deal. You are right on in not wanting to seem desperate and the best way to do this is to talk to a lot of guys. Don't cling to any one of them and (here is the key) give him the gift of missing you, don't be to available and end all conversations first.
