Does he like me or not?

Ok this guy who is really outgoing in my opinion likes to tease me anyway he can. i said i didn't like this song he starts singing the song. i stand up for a friend (lets just say his name is Andy) he starts saying the carpet is great like Andy and other stuff like that. when someone said random stuff like i wonder whats under the table he takes my arm and rubs it under the tables and ewww... gross Ellie. i accidentally bumped into him and he said that really hurt and when i said i was sorry he said i did it on purpose like a joke. People said we would be good together. He also figured out that we were in all the same cles on Monday. I didn't even think about that. I don't know if this is anything but i will just say...The other day he needed a pencil so I gave him one and he said thanks and never gave it back to me. I don't know...Does he like me or not????? or is he just being goofy/annoying????? how do outgoing people show that they like someone without going up to them and actually saying it to them????? please help and thanks in advance for the help
