Helpp??? Periodd possiblityy, ughhh idkk?? Helpp?

Ok so i think im exscpecting my period soon like within a month or two (see my other questions to fill ya in) but i just got up nd walked around nd i got this like cramps/knot felling/pain in my back! Like lower back but not too low, like above my shorts. Does this relate to getting my period? Its just on my right side nd ik someone will say its ur appendix but i have had appendix problems nd ik its not my appendix. Thx!!
