How can I get my fiancee to cuddle with me more?

That's right, I'm a guy and I want my fiancee to cuddle with me more. I'm quite odd and... rather soft for her, and not much puts more happiness in my heart than snuggling. But, she's so hyper and has so many friends. She's always hanging out with them, texting them... etc. How do I get to nuzzle her more often? What do I do?
