Should I form an LLC?

I'm starting a body jewelry business. I'll be selling online for now but my plans are to eventually open a brick and mortar store. I do not want to have a sole proprietorship because of the liability. Would you reccomend for this type of thing I form a C-corp, S-corp or LLC? Please only answer if you know what you're talking about and can support your opinion. Thanks.
